More Distributive Property
Today was an interesting day in class. Did you amaze yourselves when you realized that you could multiply binomials using algebra tiles? We will talk more tomorrow about how the Distributive Property works on paper.
You need to study for your quiz. The trimester is coming to a close and you will have only one more quiz and a Chapter 3 test. Many of you got Lesson Masters with which to practice...a good idea if you have the time tonight.
Several of you need to comment. This is part of your homework grade.
Today's Assignments:
1. Finish Lesson 3-6.
2. Study for the quiz on Lessons 3-1 through 3-3.

On the last post I already commented how I enjoyed using the algebra tiles today because they were challenging and fun. I have finished studying for the quiz, and I feel pretty prepared.

as I was doing my math homework (I want to get it over with), I found a typo in the book. On page 186, it says "in questions 9 and 10, do...." It should say "on questions 9-11, do..."

Hi Ms Burke. Can you use regular multiplication properties with factriols? I guess you can because factorials are multiplication expressions in themselves, but then again would there be a problem where you have to do that? When do we get out AMC test scores back?
