Take a break from Willy Wonka to give yourself another treat! On the 7/8 math page on woodsnet, you will find a download for the 7.1-7.3 quiz. Complete this quiz and bring it to class tomorrow for up to ten points on the chapter 7 test or to class on Thursday for up to 5 points on the chapter 7 test. Good luck!

Philippe Cousteau

This has to do with me and today's speaker more than math. Philippe Cousteau's grandfather Jacques was one of the people who inspired me to study science. The Underwater World of Jacques Cousteau was fascinating to me. I watched everyone of the programs, many of which were filmed by Philippe's father also named Philippe. When I was teaching science in Massachusetts, I used to take my students on field trips to the New England Aquarium. It was thrilling to meet Phillippe who I hope inspired you to think more deeply about the environment. You can read more about his organization EarthEcho International.
